DOCUMENTATION – general information

March 23, 2010

It calls for a lot of courage and strength to report a racist incident at your university. If you report an incident to us, you and your witnesses will, of course, remain anonymous. That means that your name will never appear on our blog- unless you explicitly request that it does so.
For our internal documentation, we need your name and if there were any, the names of two witnesses to the event.
Please use our “form for the documentation of a racist incident”. This makes the documentation easier for us. If you prefer, you can also make your own document without our form.

Instructions for reporting a racist incident:

1.  Download the form (german/english) and fill it out. Questions that are marked with a star(*) are mandatory. Please fill out at least these.

2.  Save your report as a Word-Document (.doc) and send it to us in an email as an attachment. You can also write your report directly in an email to us.

3.  Make sure to include your name, the names of your two witnesses if available, and how we can contact you.
